The Welchome Bed & Breakfast is located in Porto Sant’Elpidio, in a strategic position close to the sea, 2 km from the exit of the A14 motorway and a few km from the railway stations of Porto Sant’Elpidio, Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche. The house has been completely renovated recently and is equipped with every comfort. We welcome our guests in rooms characterized by elegant and refined contemporary design furnishings.

We offer our customers 3 bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) and in the Leopardi room we offer the possibility of using a cozy kitchen equipped with all accessories. This makes the Welchome Bed & Breakfast a comfortable and refined environment, an ideal place to spend a weekend at the beach, a holiday, a business trip or a relaxing weekend.

• The daily cleaning and cleaning (provided that the customer leaves the room free no later than 12.00, otherwise we will provide the next day)
• Change of sheets every 4 nights, change of towels every 3 nights or on request with supplement (extra for each change of € 12.00 for sheets – € 6.00 for towels).
• The bed linen and towels are always replaced at the change of the guest.

Once the room is available, a deposit equal to 30% of the total due is required by bank transfer (IBAN: IT56W0312424400000000230975 – headed to Matteo Sgattoni – Banca del Fucino San Benedetto del Tronto) or credit card.
The reservation is definitively confirmed upon confirmation of the advance. The copy of the aforementioned transfer must be sent to the following e-mail address: info@welchomebeb.it
The balance of the entire stay must be paid on arrival by credit card or cash.

It is possible to withdraw from the reservation up to 30 days before the established date and the deposit will be returned to you within one month on the coordinates you provide us, after this period the deposit will not be recoverable.

The check-in and check-out times can be changed only upon request, compatibly with the availability of the rooms. Our structure offers free luggage storage service in case you arrive before the time indicated above. For further information, do not hesitate to contact us.

• Each guest is required to keep their own objects. Therefore, we decline any responsibility for any loss or loss
• Upon arrival, it is essential to present a valid identity document for each guest in order to allow registration according to applicable laws
• It is not allowed to host other people than those registered on the notification cards.
